Contact & Reports
Get help with your account, your content, or your privacy.
These pages are being prepared for launch and are not yet the effective terms or final privacy notice.
One inbox, a clear route to the right issue. Include useful references, and leave passwords and unnecessary sensitive information out of your message.
1. Contact Disperse
Disperse is based in Queensland, Australia. For product support, billing questions, and general enquiries:
team@disperse.video →Include the email associated with your account, the relevant job or campaign reference, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot or error message can help; remove private information that is not needed to investigate.
2. Privacy and account requests
Use the subject Privacy request and tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion, account closure, or help understanding how information is used. Identify the relevant account or content without sending your password.
We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing personal information. If verification is needed, we will explain the process. You do not need to send an identity document with an initial request.
3. Copyright and rights complaints
If you own rights or are authorised to act for the owner, email us with the subject Copyright report and include:
- Your name, contact email, and relationship to the rights holder.
- A description of the original work and a link or other evidence identifying it.
- The exact Disperse URL, job reference, campaign, or other location of the material at issue.
- An explanation of the rights involved and why the identified use is not authorised.
- A statement that you believe the report is accurate and are authorised to submit it, with your typed name or signature.
We may ask for additional information or share relevant allegations with the affected user so they can respond. Do not include confidential material unless needed. We assess reports under the applicable law; this reporting route does not represent that Disperse has registered for any particular statutory safe harbour.
4. Campaign and payment disputes
Use the subject Campaign dispute. Include the campaign and submission references, the brief or terms you accepted, relevant dates, any approval or rejection message, and the resolution you are seeking.
For campaigns operated on another platform, contact that organiser or platform for payment matters. Disperse can help assess an issue with its own tools or presentation of the brief, but importing a link does not make us the external campaign's payer.
5. Safety, abuse, and security
Use Content report for suspected unlawful or harmful material, or Security report for a vulnerability or suspected account compromise. Include enough information to locate the issue without redistributing harmful content or exposing other users' data.
